But don't buy a very cheap pet clipper, as these are often loud, overheat and simply do not do the job well. Two brands i favour are andis and Oster. They have been on the market for a long time and are sure to save you a lot of money in the long run, even though they might be a bit more expensive. But whatever you do: Be very careful not to hurt your pet. Try to gauge his reponse and act accordingly. Only then you can make sure that you are actually helping him, improving his wellbeing, instead of bothing the job with carelessness.
